has anyone ever done kettleball training?
I am a woman in a good condition, but try to find something else. develop 5-6 days a week through with atleast 1 days rest (two days a week).

Oh man, kettle ball training is hard, but really, really ggood upper body, and when you squat, the ball you are working with the boiler and your legs. . . Overall, it is an all-over work out! Try it for sure!
