    Hello my wife is in the foundation kettlebell training are interested! and tried to get them in training a few ideas. I wonder if they would recommend this while in a style tabata exercise? and they would for muscle growth and a good workout and you aenorobic at the same time an advantage?

    Hi Chach – I agree that the video is not gender specific – what I object to calling it “kb’s for women,” there is no such thing. Gluteues maximus and minimus (PBUH) are equally important for men and women – as well as hip extension, and press power, and so on. Maybe if they called it, “kb’s of women” that would be more to the point. But in any case, should do more women kb’s – bring super fun / ctional way to get in shape – litterally;)

    I think the training in this video is not gender specific, but it focuses on areas of the body, are particularly concerned women. Even the rare good Kettlebell instructional videos see with affected women.

    Hey:) I have a hard time understanding how Kettlebell training can be gender specific. . . Learning proper swing snatch-press technology has, as I see it, nothing to do, whether you are a man or a girl or something in between. . .
