    I have a flexible back and have been regularly Kettlebells, daily itself has in the past 3 years without GOUT, in fact, my back is stronger geworden.Vielleicht you can see too much about the video?

    I think his ofrm is a little buggy, work on it lol your use too much of your back leading to back pain and herniated disc or hard drive, the more u better later in life is possible

    You can use your entire body with kettlebells. Notice in the video, he does link moves that work legs, torso and arms. Get Steve Cotter’s Encyclopedia of Kettlebell lifting for a complete introduction.

    Bro, I use a 40kg Kettlebell for some exercises, especially presents itself, press the push squats, and swings. If you are strong enough to handle it, then go for it.
