    Thank you. I’ve just my first Kettlebell (24kg) and I could not wrest. After I, you and I now do it with both hands. I was not enough to put into the back swing. It is strange, but if you do, it is not so kettlebell punch in the arm, there’s just kind of quietly countries. . .
