thanks man! Try some double kettlebell work. Keep lowering the repetition and the other more so as it is with “traditional” fitness training. Double clean and presses, alternating rows, double swings are all good. Like I said, keep lowering the repetitions. Do not go more than 8 or so. Hope that helps.Viel luck!

those are some crazy exercises. definitely gna giv it a try. esp push the Gladiator, which looks like a killer exercise core. you just have a question. . Tearing and start looks awesome, but what use tear it rly giv vs. normal or grab two kettlebell? It is better coordinated, or what?

Ok. . . Tearing was caught almost perfected w/16kg. What do you think of the 2-hand anyhows the way Pavel does them on the Russian KB Challenge? He had almost ‘windmills’ them.

Ok. . . through the circuit has less than 4 times, with only 8k kettlebells balance, because I can not with my 16 kg (and I’m not sure yet balance, in order to try to snatch-catch in my apartment) w / the weight! Plus my grip needs work for the TGUs.Vielen Thanks!
