Weight loss in a cup

Blinking again, I could not believe my eyes. My cousin Gino had to talk to and looked like a different person than appeared. “You have lost so much weight,” I gasped. “What have you done?”

At 130 kg and a size 24, I was desperate to shift a few kilos. Over the years I had tried many diets, controlled by kilo joules meals to protein-enriched shakes, as well as individually, with a weight of food.

But I would never down with them more than a few weeks before I would go stuff back to my old ways of my face with hot chips with a good dose of chocolate followed. I just get bored with strict diets and was not enough to dedicate them to follow.

I wanted to lose the weight, however, and over time, I knew my size almost every aspect has been affecting my life. I could hardly my buddies now and spent my time hiding in embarrassment at home to risk socially.

“Believe it or not, I lost weight due to coffee,” Gino laughed and told me he was using a new organic green coffee slimming products. “This in turn helps stored fat into energy,” he said. “I lost eight pounds so far – you should try it.”

I was curious, but a bit skeptical, yes, later that day, I sat at my computer to check out green coffee slimming products on the Internet. I read that the coffee you drank a half hour before breakfast.

That did not sound too hard, and I certainly enjoyed coffee, so I ordered some of the bags. “This could be the kick start I need to finally lose weight,” I said to my brother Michael, 24 To know how dissatisfied I was with my weight, and after Gino’s results, he thought it was a good idea.

Once in the following week, in October 2008, my starter pack and I have the kettle on straight away. The drink tastes fine and the first week I just replaced my regular coffee in the morning with the green coffee and made sure I drank the recommended two liters of water per day. “Wow!” I called, jumping on the scales at the end of the week. I was pleased to see I’d lost 3. 5kg already.

Over the weeks, I went with the program and I soon found I had more power, so I started walking in the afternoons. My weight kept falling, and feeling inspired, I swapped chips for healthier options such as jacket potatoes and salad.

The site had found that I had, a suggested food and not really too much about the proper selection of food, I started to follow that. I would be cereal or toast for breakfast, a sandwich or a salad for lunch and dinner of lean meat with plenty of fresh vegetables.

“You can really see the difference,” Michael said a few weeks later. “Do you think I should try it too?” At 112kg, he knew he needed to lose weight, as much as I do. As a truck driver Michael spent most of his days sitting in his car, and every year he got fatter.

“We can help each other,” I said, keen to encourage him. I felt great with the support of Michael. We had always used the biggest kids in school and especially to our size as we get older, but that was changing fast.

Still living at home, we have an extra effort to cook healthy meals, especially adherence to the proposals from the site. I loved chocolate, however, and made that I did in my diet. Instead of a family sized bar, I had only a small place to curb my addiction, or just a small scoop of ice cream stop.

As I got ready for an evening with my friends in December, I felt great. Pinning my hair, I applied my makeup and for the first time in years, I, as I saw before I was leaving the house.

“You’re so different!” Rief, my pal Teresa as we chatted at the bar. “And a lot more confidence,” nodded another friend, Sarah. Transferred, I hit the dance floor and not think twice, shook my body to think in tact. I had the best night and knew it was only the beginning of a new life. The next day I got up early and went for a power hour.

Before I started my diet I hated exercise, ashamed of the way my body shook. But as my weight fell off me, increased my energy level. I went more and more, enjoy the moment.

Until mid-December, my clothes hung by me. Need something to wear, I had dug deep into the ground my closet and found a pair of jeans size 18, I did not take five years because they were too tight. To my surprise, they floated and were even a little baggy on me. “I am a size 18!” I gasped.

Michael had to change. Six weeks after his weight loss regime, he was transformed before my eyes. When his body shape changed, disappeared his chubby cheeks, so that a handsome man behind him. “I am so proud of you,” I told him.

Friends and family were shocked by all of our dramatic weight loss in such a short time. In three months I had lost 25 kg, while Michael 22kg killed in six weeks.

Five months later, I am now a size 14th I still do the green bean diet, but I only have half a bag on the morning rather than full. My goal is to establish in a size 12and I know it will happen over time, adapt. This time, I consider myself to it.
