    They gave me a thumbs down this because they are digested in the vicinity. They are also of the mind that is otherwise bad. To speak Pavel is the real deal a real tough guy in the world, and over inflated ego. Whatever I have to be training with kettle bells, while these haters are sitting on the couch eating potato chips and fat and lazy, while trolling on You Tube. Loser

    I remember this man many years ago. He began his career as a trainer for the Russian spetznatz, an elite fighting unit for the hardness, strength and endurance of the members is known. They make the American special forces look like little girls. This guy is no joke.

    Thank you, I thought the Gegenteil.Sicherheits and performance requirements are not always “balance” manner of speaking, because of the increasing difficulty or challenge.

    This means that you should not as a ramp intensity you will give, if you secure them with the right technique. A breakdown in proper form makes movements more hazardous. One need only look to see a maximum effort CrossFit video, if the form is broken, the movement is less certain.
