@ Davidmpenwell87 I have pullup basic daily at 10-15 after every meal, except in this area and a good bit in pt

@ Davidmpenwell87 I’ve never heard of relaxing Infantry BENNING jackson is the home of the infantry. and in our unit we do a lot of similar training on these 101 ft campbell kty 3rd 187th bct 1-c BAT, in cooperation 2 plt

It is the tenth general order, to salute all officers and all colors and standards not verkleidet.Diese work outs are fine, but they themselves are not for me. Do what is best for your work, but make sure that it is a challenge for their stamina!

  6. 300MUSIC says:

    RE. . . . . SPECT. . . . . WALK!

  7. 300MUSIC says:

The weights for your chin-ups like a pair of flat balls

  8. aoriodoragon says:

The 8th Sentry is a general mandate to raise the alarm in case of fire or disorder. I think you think of the 10th General Order Sentry: welcome to all officers, colors and standards not covered.

  9. XXTheFlash says:

  11. TAEKWONDOBILL says:

As a former Marine, I agree.

  12. dmellow45 says:

I see from the outside, perhaps you meant in the field

  13. davidmpenwell87 says:

thats what i was talking in the field not on a base or whatever, I thought, what was that conversation about?

  14. dmellow45 says:

you gotta love ppl who watch this somehting and kno she did everything she calls doin at the end of every other name or somehting. . . . take them back in the Playground

  15. dmellow45 says:

what r u talkin about? Salute you, whenever you search in the area, like the 8th Generation of order or something. . . “Greetings to all officers and etc” You will always be welcome if your outside, in uniform, is

  16. 12jason223 says:

yes, it would probly me atleast half an hour to take the shot, but in the battle, you must kill shot the first shot in because making ussaly u dont get a second shot

  17. davidmpenwell87 says:

agreed. but they are professionally trained to make it faster and always learn. u could at this level, but it would take much longer without their training specilization

  18. davidmpenwell87 says:

You go through boot camp, then you go to school or infantry, infantry, or if you go to one of the other training areas, if you arent infantry. then after that you pretty much go where you need it to do and train, what they need to do to you. If you drive in tanks it doesn’t go that you will go to tanks. You could work on them or a detective or something. the Marines do things differently than the Army, so I’m not 100% sure, but if a U Pick mos in the army ever u get it

  19. davidmpenwell87 says:

110% agree. People assume that for some reason nobody has been in the world haha even through military basic training. it is possible for people to know what they are talking on YouTube. . . Of course, the man who has never posted this video or Marine Recon Marine went through basic research, because of which no trains branch. We all have the same train just in varying degrees

  20. davidmpenwell87 says:

well your not really welcome outside anyways is if your on a base or as part of a celebration. welcomed in a war zone isn’t allowed because the enemy is responsible, shows. They kill when an officer breaks the chain of command

  21. davidmpenwell87 says:

Did you know that a few guys actually rose from the Coast Guard accepted into BUD / S training and now are Navy SEALs?

  22. davidmpenwell87 says:

there isn’t a rehabilitation training to know if u by any branch of basic then u go, what are Spec Ops training. its intense. I was Army, if you like, I can write a schedule with your average pt’m a non-smoking. I can not quite go in depth with you about weekly progressions we went through when it comes to things like running and that even if you want to come? not a jerk, but this isn’t Recon training or military training. I completed basic Fort Jackson, 1-34 Infantry Regiment, 2nd Pitbulls train in 2006

  23. davidmpenwell87 says:

he himself said that this is a Russian Kettlebell Workout by Pavel haha. i dont know why listed as Recon training. . perhaps to other views for people who want to be like recon hahaha

  24. davidmpenwell87 says:

all industries have the same training. Body weight, running, swimming (bike = Air Force haha), though all do it at different levels. People think, see each branch and tries different moves, some workouts for their favorite store, so that they can prepare for basic training. running, pushups, situps, pulls thats about it. If the Army and Air Force Dont Bother with pull-ups or swimming in them only decent because fundamental to maybe 5 pullups one weeks in the army and do not swim it essential

  25. davidmpenwell87 says:

if a few guys went fuckin with huge red beard in a bar I would like to ask wtf is this about it protrudes quite well haha
