    You should not begin practice on tearing until you get your shoulders strong enough. Go to an introductory seminar, they will teach you how to properly make the swing. Do not follow video instructions. You can high speed by using nothing more than rocking. Keep it simple.

    Poor form in all 3 exercises. It will hurt if you follow the video. Please train with a RKC trainer before practice at home. In the swing of the Kettlebell swings too high and not in the correct position during the descent. In his hand was torn open while you’re cutting back to bring the Kettlebell to relieve pressure on the wrists and to prevent them from pushed against the arm. In pure form, it is always in the right position and shoulder arms is not in its socket.

    Simple advertising. You could use free weights if the mechanics are a little different from what the positioning. The KB are ergonomic for most of the more extreme exercises properly posted on YT. Dumbbells may end up removing your kneecap Considering that you are less likely with KB’s. IMO.

    Another waste of money that the industry is trying to focus on with us. Have not we paid enough for the ball, dumbbells, Wii Fit, mats, DVDs, classes, gym memberships, personal trainers, other equipment, it’s constantly looking for the purchase of new, healthy, expensive food and gas? You can also use just heavy dumbbells (which you already have at home) with them down, not the same exercises. . . im pretty sure that the words “another waste of money” generally indicates a poor investment

    Yes, on the swing she’s not even go straight into full hip and fairly concentrated stretched to his knees. I love how she says she feels a bit “Cardio.”

    He is not a certified teacher KBell! We would never be a victim of “flip” the bell as it was then than to clean it. How wise their timing is “way” in its own way. PLEASE NOTE: This is a demonstration of how to hurt people!
