    LMAO I just tried some of these moves with my 22kg kettle. my first attempt with a behind the back of the shoulder girdle I throw my self in the head. . . . fucken it really does hurt. . . fucken nice thanks a lump lot.Bei some patients can observe and think about how this is, it can be. . . . Let me tell you, the weight shock is due to the release of the weight and then grabing high burden on the body.     I went from 16 for kg.Erlernen basic moves to learn the proper technique and take the most advanced. Proper form is very important. Do not try to do everything you see here, now! You can hurt yourself!
