An excellent product allows my wife and me Kettlebell exercises with a weight appropriate for each of us. The DVD is concise, with large and a brief but effective exercise routine. I’m excited by the Weider adjustable power bell. Although it cylandrical (more rounded) a regular kettlebell design contrary, it can be a little harder when it rests on your wrists (because of the corners of diggin on you a little) it’s quick and easy to use and can develop into a really big one. Especially for your back! The instructional DVD is that w / is, however, a bit like a joke. The teacher spends more time talking about how great the bell as in the practical applications and uses. Of course, I (bought, you do not have to sell it to me again!) I would have enjoyed more and more tasks than just the basics, he goes to and this has not happened. He also has the personality of a rock and seems to stumble continually over his sales pitch. Once again, more power from less turnover and worked haben.Alles in all, I would think it a great value for the price and I constantly use it. . . Rating: 5 / 5
Kettlebells can be very expensive, so the idea of a few for the price was tempting. After receiving the goods, I have it for about three weeks. Apart from the fact that, according to Clank as the plates together, it was fine. Then grip started to get loose. I thought, okay, no problem, I’ll just pull it up again. Took the plates to the screws and see where they have on the cost of production must be saved. The top is a plastic plate that screws into the handle. The screws are tightening at an angle almost impossible. I finally found a way to set angle in a piece of a ratchet and remove the screws – they are also cheap. I returned the product immediately. I’ll be damned if the handle will come out of this mid-swing, especially after paying $ 200 Search Kettlebells USA online and get the real deal. You can still see two or three kettlebells and for the price for this, and it does not take much space, THAT. Weider Nice try, but you still need it, durable and easy to pay for this update to be far away. Rating: 2 / 5
Well, I was really excited when I got in front of my Power Bell a few weeks. The Kettlebell training definitely get the heart rate and enter the total body workout. Unfortunately, the Weider Power Bell has a strange shape to it when compared to normal Kettlebells. Making certain movements, such as the snatch and torture, a little difficult. Notice I said “difficult” and not impossible. . . it just takes a little tweaking in the technology / Form.Aber is the biggest mistake, how fragile it is. Given the types of moves you have expressed with such things as the mid-air hand switch on the included DVD, you would expect them pretty hard. Well, just this morning, while one of the mid-air hand switch I missed. . . and it smashed on the floor directly on the handle and broke into about 10 pieces. Luckily, I have it from Walmart, and I got a full Rückerstattung.Other than that, I really do not like the clever design, I would only every purchase that it shrinks until the mid-air hand switch and turns recommend that you can be seen in some videos. Adhere to the basic steps, and it should have a pretty good workout. JUST DO NOT DROP IT! Rating: 3 / 5
