Can anybody suggest a good kettlebell workout?

I’m an experienced lifter, but his time, the bandwidth of some of the powerlifting, I have done. I will not cut them completely repeal, but I’m looking for something that my functional strength, flexibility, will continue to support fat loss, and speed for the game of golf (seriously). Danke.Ich can not break. With the Farmer’s Walk, I would be the most severe kettle on the stand with one hand, or even (in terms of efficiency)? How would the press?     Kettlebell snatch for explosiveness, press for strength. Farmer’s walk to the handle. Weighted pull-ups and dips for functional strength. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for burning fat.
