Kettle Bell workouts – where to start?

I am tempted to interested training with the Kettlebell. How much weight can I do? Start I am a woman in my early 40s and work reasonably well and at a decent weight, but not a lot different than walking regularly. Someone told me begin kg to 15 and from there down, but that seems like a lot. Has anyone experience with this know who? Thank you!

    Always start with low weights and gradually erhöhen.Sie even know when and how much to grow.

    For an average woman with not a lot of fitness experience, it is recommended to start with an 8 kg (17 lb) Kettlebell. Stronger than the average, women start with a 12 kg (26 lb) Kettlebell. Do not go lighter than 17 kg, is a unless you have some special physical problems that would make a lighter kettlebell mandate. Most kettlebell lifting is via a large number of muscle groups, so you can make the heavier weight. They will not do bicep curls with it.

    I agree with you, and Joyce, especially with kettle bells, start light and start slowly. Kettle bells are different in their nature because, unlike bar and weights the strength of the weight is not really centered in the palm of your hand, but 6 to 8 inches of it by a lot of extra torque on the wrists. Yes, kettle bells make for good exercise, but they are inherently more difficult to kontrollieren.Viel luck and I wish you much success!

    id advise you, because you are a 40 years old woman, starting at the 15 kg Kettlebell. My mother is in her 40, and she thought the 10 was too easy. (I still had to buy the 15th lol) IVE used kettle bells, and I like her. They are good if you want to get up the tinted. especially if you do circuit training with them (a training division of the sets of sprints, jump rope, kettle bell exercises and other exercises with high intensity.)
