I am a 35 years old woman. I was an athlete in high school and was very athletic until about a year ago, when I very busy. I’ve tried to learn again, an exercise program for a while now and this dvd was perfect. Since I worked as a masseur, I am very anxious to push safety and proper form. Amy Bento offers detailed explanations of each movement. It is also a big motivation because you feel a sense of accomplishment after a 20-minute training (25 minutes if you do the extra distance.) If you are just starting back into the exercise, this is perfect. It also includes an intermediate work-out – even for 20 minutes. The move only explanation they could a bit more precise, the transition as “clean.” The trick is to put out the thumb, so that the bell did not strike him around your wrist. It does this, but they do not say really. Here is a demo of “clean” that I found on YouTube. [. . . ] Amy Bento’s DVD is by Tamilee Webb, who always produce quality and safe work-outs produced. They (the Buns of Steel videos in the 80 years) It is also visually appealing to the DVD from another company, with the actual Kettlebell purchase in comparison. The music is on this a fine. Not great, but not too distracting. It would be nice if it was a “teacher only” option so that I could play my own music. But the music is not really a problem. Rating: 5 / 5
This video is absolutely possible to start in about Kettlebells! She is educated, it’s a beginner and advanced section. Their shape and moves directly. I started with five pounds and the first time could only get through a circuit. I’m doing better. It is my third day with this. She also has some stretching after the start of training. The middle section contains some heart. And of course I had not worked out in a few years ago, but the feeling that I will keep it going. It is fun and short, when you’re done, you know that you had a workout. I am 69 years old. . . . Rating: 5 / 5
I consider myself a beginner when I’m kettlebell is completely new, but not a new exercise program. I work daily with many types of training (Pilates, yoga, dance, cardio, step, etc.). I felt that Absolom was me what I needed to learn the basics and was interested because it is an intermediate training as contained geben.Die cues is good, it lets you know what you should and should not do so You know right shape, so I was happy for them worth it. The tutorial section 6 basic features, and rely lasted about 10 minute car drive entry-level part was about 20 minutes and practice have moved you learned in the tutorial Sektion.Die middle section was also about 20 minutes and I thought maybe a little have more moves, but the main difference seemed to be that they moved in a few extra heart located between the muscle (eg simulation of a jump rope, etc added). Perhaps I expected a little more, or maybe I’m not so beginners like me I think bin.Beide workouts end with stretch two minutes, which is mainly the glutes and hip flexors. I was a little surprised that it began not a little more, but then again, the training only 20 minutes, and is therefore probably about richtig.Ich with a 7 kg weight and felt the moves were very easy to follow and I could build later, with a heavier Kettlebell, I want verspüren. Was the teachers, they sure know their stuff, but I can not say I’m a big fan, she is a bit too chatty for my taste and a bit over the top on the motivating, “you can do it” Zeug.Die music was not my idea of great workout music, which should, if I do a dance workout basically just a little background, not an urban kind of sound the sirens at several bodies. So also, a little übertrieben. Also musicwise, who is this training for? I urge those who say they are a beginner fitness (not just Kettlebell, fitness, but in general), older users (I’m middle aged, so that I am older than my …) Or those who have no weights and will be lifted from the ground have, in Erdgeschoss.Ich borrowed this from the library, and I’ve decided that I would grow out of the way too early, it will not buy, but if you fall into one of the above categories can this is just the thing to start a fitness regime, work your body and give a little heart from someone who knows the ropes. Recently, I got it. Seems really basic and solid foundation to deal with. Do you have it for my sister who has never done kettlebells (or anything else, either) and it has motivated. Great DVD to start with safe. Rating: 5 / 5
This was a Christmas present from my husband. I had a few other Kettlebell Dvd tried it with Mr. Kettlebell trainer, but I felt a little overwhelmed by their size. I was encouraged very happy with this entry level of women’s Bento. I like their instructions and cueing, it gives you time your breathing after power moves or when switching to a new movement. I wanted to learn how to use kettlebells, because you do not need much space to use it and I needed more variety in my training. I’ve learned to like this DVD prevention and am very happy, my husband ordered it for me. I am 54 years old and actively working on it, from 4 times per week and beginners feel this DVD was perfect for me. Rating: 5 / 5
