I think the training was done very badly. We are relatively new to kettlebells, but I think there is much more motivating training DVDs out there. G. Miller is a good example of a DVD well done. The goddess training was really very scary. It begins with the words that are carried out the exercise and begin to do the exercise in complete silence, including (without playing music, and their daughters? Work behind her in the silence) and should be all you can hear, this is freaky respiration of all them. Only good side is that there were some new exercises that I have never tried, but I’m going to do it themselves never again to watch this DVD. But it is a complete rip off for your money. 2. I would buy, because of these other reviews. But it is so gentle, I remain problems with it. The leader seems wooden and boring, although the training is good. I have not been able to keep up with her. Not a good DVD for me, but others enjoy strength training with weights DVDs. Think twice before you order this one. Rating: 3 / 5

Have been very bad, I guess Kettlebell classes and the teachers 100 times better than the DVD. They were in the crowd and it was very unprofessional. Rating: 1 / 5

  4. As a fitness professional, I can honestly say that this DVD is not very motivating, and even less inspiring. No music, plus minimal contact progressions would be very limited my recommendations for these Kettlebell training. Gin Miller is really on target on their training with kettlebells and would be my # 1 choice to learn the proper use and form. Rating: 1 / 5

  5. I’m Michele Khai is the DVD has a 45-min. Training for music. This DVD does not have any music, and I had to FF to keep it, because each segment ended. Plus, the segments were the same, and instructions were poor. I did it once and then in the trash it. Rating: 2 / 5
