  7. abdominaladam says:

Thanks for checking out my vids. I am a PT and have for several years. The way I train mainly body with some power lifting movements, as I do not want to build mass, if I get the mass as a bye product of the training that is good, but it’s not my goal. The vids I’ve posted to technology, progress, and to show people some ideas, they are not relaxed vids from me, therefore, the training style. I want some more of my post from an actual session.

Would’t I say it is easy to reach it requires a lot of effort and needs more than just pressups and chin in order to get that kind of body. There is a big misconception that because you’re small and “cut” Do not work so hard. As I indicated with rep-value, Pavel Exercises rep worth more than all bodybuilding exercises. I feel like I was his goal not to build muscles, it is to improve performance.

  9. ctn4L says:

I saw some of your videos and I think you pretty much focus on technique and variation of the exercise. Your profile states u’re a personal trailer. . assume that is true, u must be thinkin i should not try for you, but I recommend you make sure to inform your limits. like to do push-ups until you grunt and push your eyes with blood. same with pull-ups. two to 10 sets of failure. u look so relaxed in your videos imo.

  10. ctn4L says:

Climbers. . u do not see many of them 30 + wide grip pull-ups, either since the record is 40 or something? “I think pavel physique is easily accessible with regular push-ups and chin ups. He is not big at all. u could say he is cut. But I think that many prisoners get more muscles just do BWE. Pavel me looks like a normal thin people. but I think he is fit, but I can not judge. I’ve never seen him run or do 100 push ups or whatever.

  11. abdominaladam says:

Rep-value can be a very wide range but generally the value of a rep is determined by the load range of motion, intensity and muscle recruitment. For example, I would consider a pull-up have a higher value than a lat pull due to the muscle activity, stabalizer the body easily. . . it is more difficult.

  12. abdominaladam says:

Not really. . . . . . . because the nature of motion and muscle recruitment procedures of the various pull-up needs, you tend to receive less hypertrophy. According to my experience. Check-out climbers. but that’s not to say you wont get these people received a mass of muscle fibers tend to be richer and less water retention.

  13. ctn4L says:

back to the reps. . the average person’s leg, at least from my observations at least twice as thick as the average person. u could say it’s all genetics, but check astronauts or people in wheelchairs. . . their muscles just waste away, because they often verwenden.Manchmal I feel, size, way more about endurance than on Stärke.Just my two cents. but hey you’re the personal trainer u tell me bout your Erfahrungen.Achtung

  14. ctn4L says:

well, not a particular burden. Since an armed pull-up is a very heavy burden, I’m pretty sure more reps will give u more Masse.es as the amount of resistance determines the value of each rep. . dysfunctional is a funny word on the body does not adjust for no reason. I assume that the gymnasts are working with u more then the relative strength of bodybuilders who can turn a higher training volume. . at least if u train volume not taken. dunno I’m not into bbing.

  15. abdominaladam says:

They believe some interesting points ctn4l but you really do more repetitions for a given load will be large increase biceps? “I have worked with with gymnasts and bodybuilders in the past and found little correlation between size and strength work. it’s all about strength to weight ratio, in short, slight, and not just dysfunctional athletic greatness! but that’s just my opinion.

  16. ctn4L says:

haha i havent said any of them. You can quote me if u link finden.Ich think it is quite possible to fit all through the day. Spartans are led to war in the seventies. i just deny that there is no connection between the physique and physical abilities. bigger muscles are probably stronger / bleibender.und I bet the pavel, which can do 20 retirees, has a bigger biceps than pavel, who can only do 1 or 2 Maybe he is capable of 40 I have no idea.

  17. ericinghammontevista says:

Well, you say it’s impossible? They say men in middle age should not be in shape? Sure, they can not in such good shape as a 20 years you alt.Suchen the man Tony Horton, creator of P90X. He is 47 and can make more than 20 pull-ups. Think before you speak.

  18. ctn4L says:

I have even been close the last proof that I ain dumm.Englisch my mother language. . Give me a bug I found last Post.Angenommen u think on the one armed pull up thing. What do you want? think he may or may at any stage of his career, do 20 of em?

  19. ericinghammontevista says:

Are you stupid ctn4L? I recommend some grammar lessons.

  20. ericinghammontevista says:

Yeah. I bet that “can thin physique everyday joe” kick your ass.

  21. ctn4L says:

It seems to me, size has to be seen, however angebracht.Sie, pavel do pull an armed but you will not see him take 20 to nacheinander.glauben me his biceps would look different if he konnte.Wiederholungen signify the true fitness for me seem to be underestimated in those days. push it’s all about how much u prefer or can.

  22. theMACHINE50 says:

lol hey Pavel is my trainer Powerlifting

  23. jpm82 says:

His pr is deadlifting 585 at 190th If the everyday joe?

  24. 65infanteria says:

like the guys in that Parkours Jumpa and drop to 2 stories, only to sprint. real strength has little to do with overdeveloped antagonists. I learned this watch by David Belle

  25. releana says:

Kettlebell are known for throughout the body. So that shares the load through many supporting muscles. Pavel teaches us to use it in all the exercises to be stronger. For this reason, you will be able to so much more than with traditional methods tun.Make no mistake, this is a dude freakin tank. In the battle, you need to produce much power. As Pavel said that: “Do not judge a book by it cover. Do not judge a man by the size of his biceps. Things are not always what they seem.”
