Save your money and you are looking for a real book about Powerlifting and / or strength training. This book is basically talking about deadlifts, floor presses (dangerous) and military machines. It is basically a book about powerlifting for someone who is not interested in bodybuilding, weightlifting or growing. Perhaps we are seeing more than the average couch potato with the routines in his book. You will not have the muscle mass, density, or strength of a weightlifter or bodybuilder. If you want to get too big and heavy to lift when you do this, you will get bigger and stronger muscles. You will even lose body fat in this process. Looking for books about powerlifting to become narrower. Pavel sounds like he knows what he’s talking, and maybe he does, he is sure has a lot of scientific evidence to build it again. This book is a tried and that most modern theories about weight trainning close outdated and wrong, but do not buy it. Heck, the man did not believe in the warm-up. You do not learn the hard way as I do. According to Pavel, you only need two physical exercises to achieve nirvana. Hey Pavel, you’ve forgotten to tell us that we should have bullet-proof abs, before we even think about Power to the People! Anyway, I went through the program and it was not long before I suffered injuries at work. And I am without a shadow of a doubt that this would never happen positively, if I had never even heard of Pavel Tsatsouline. Now I am in rehab month and I am in constant pain. Do yourself a favor and find another guru. If you do not listen to me make sure you warm and your abdominal muscles can do more than try to support the spine, even before this program comrades.
