is about 1 Dissin Pavel. . . what r u stupid. . . . the man who trained the elite killers in this world, and now hes all his knowledge with the world. . . . the guys an animal!
I totally agree. although I have no degree in sports – fan, I have tried many different training methods and the kb did at the beginning: a) what I think, how do I confirm – I am not an athlete, I train to stay in shape. that’s why i chose kettle bells – not just that I decided to stay in shape I’m in better shape than ever:) kb when a training is really hard, I’ve learned to enjoy it and now I can not do without it life:) with that said I strongly encourage everyone to try to bear it:)
Here’s why there is all this hate twoards Pavel in this forum: the haters are nothing more than candy-ass pussies. KB training is brutal. You can not handle it. I worked out with a variety of exercises and techniques since before high school, and no form of strength training is so hard (and rewarding) than KBs. I also have a certain amount of exercise and sport science, so I know what I’m talking about.
kumicho: I’m no expert weightlifting – but I can only say what Pavel systems have done for me. They have done a lot for me. I am much, much stronger than I was before the repeal, I do not kbells.Da Olympic weightlifting class, why not to try? Power to the People is an excellent book.
This was highlighted in the 2008 Olympics, I btw idk about the rest of them. Financing of gov / sponsors may also be a factor. Funding for both U.S. and Russia, it is given to the most popular sports. In the case of the U.S. swim “it” in 08, and weight lifting is much more popular in the former USSR than in the USA.Und before anyone jumps on me that I had no life, everything I needed to do, click on medals a country, then the event and hold down the Ctrl + F search for “United States” lol.
Let us also gained on the nature of the sport the United States in. btw I’m an American looking, and I love my country but the U.S. is not freaking win ANY medals in weightlifting. Russians dominated in wrestling again, as well as other countries of the former USSR. I get the pattern that we follow (U.S.) is not really good at swimming, but the countries of the former Soviet Union dominate (word is a bit of an understatement) in force events.
How many gold medals has received Russia in the past year? How many do U.S. get? U.S. 36Russland 23Damn it suck to be, must be Russian. First beat of “couch potato’s” is a big blow for a country self-esteem.
Pavel is 10 times the man of whom you will always be, yes, he makes the money of fitness, because that’s his Spezialität.Damm You people should understand that you are happy thats it is in the U.S. are training your couch potato ass . if you are too strong to stop reading magazines and just want to practice every kettlebells Tag.Hope it didn’t sound too harsh then I apologize.
what do you mean I deliver to certain factual information? You are the one that I asked for information. If you read my statement again, you will notice that I never said anything requires that more than what I said is understood. Take bullshit somewhere else, Genosse.Ich use dragondoor kb and I have spent no more than the money for ETK and the KB. This is hardly 300 in DVDs. PTP as a gift and I have bought one years later, NW for me. yet only 300 U.S. dollars into DVDs that you speak.
How? there is no difference btw subst’l a number of swings or pulls w / a $ 100 + dd kb and the w / a $ 50 kb from a reputable mfr diff (esp w / ground to handle), but many pay for the former . and it would have more than $ 300 in DVDs from Pavel spend half the information that you can get, for example in the entire fundamental Steve Cotter’s 4 dvd set kb lessons for about $ 100. . . certain factual information to supplement your bullshit, tirade, “comrades”. Pavel had me hooked for a moment.
wrong. There is something to overcome. You need to reflect on the fact that he earns money by selling fitness product line. as is his marketing skill to be superior “skill training”? I do not know how much a “Kettlebell Certification is” in Eastern Europe, nor do I care. Neither should you, if you want your own kettlebell gym or open something. my answer is in no way endorses the declaration. There is nothing wrong with making money out of the gym. So, once again, get over it.
Your reply supports my statement – but there’s nothing to “get over.” The fact is that his marketing skills to his training is superior skill, which is commendable indeed. He spread a tablespoon of marmalade over 20 pieces of toast and convince the consumers (including me pay) for. How much is a “Kettlebell Certification is” in Eastern Europe, or the kettlebells you see scattered all over their fitness studios like cock roaches? capit’sm works b / c Mfrs others are right to reduce its mkt dominance.
Pavel is cool, and KB are excellent tools for building strength and endurance. I walk about 50% and 50% KBs weights.
Pavel trained by the Russian special forces, so he knows a thing or two about air conditioning.

“Dam you people should understand that you are happy thats it is in the U.S. are training your couch potato ass.” This is about as true as it gets.
