    Show this girl before and after would be stupid. No one believes the impact would be so immediate. And there is probably no other girl in the gym, which has not undergone the same training, and even if it was, it’s all show the difference between two girls, but nothing says that two girls can be different. You have to evaluate a video on the idea, and not the perfection / imperfection of the athlete in him.
