Suggestions of exercises to do with kettle bells?
Recently I have bought some kettlebells, because I have heard many great things about them have. I’m happy for some exercises that specifically tone abs, thighs and Oberarme.Any suggestions would be great.Ich currently working out 3 days a week to lose some weight, but feel as if I have to be toning at the same time for optimal results. I hope to lose kg to 35th
