    the fact that he is the KB overhead indicates that he is more hip (lower body) explosion, it works the lower body is used more intensively. Thoughts about the rescue in OL. the dynamics comes from the lower and middle body. the upper guide and support the barbell.

    too much action arm of the KB swings overhead is not as stiff as the armed demonstration. It is a subfield hip action.
