Lack of basic items such as bicep curls with kettlebells. I was with those on the Internet finden.de content, provided the will is good gemacht.Ich should also note that the bottom of the book reads: “The Quick Reference Guide o Kettlebell exercises) A quick reference guide is usually no manual .. . This is rather a quick reference guide. Rating: 2 / 5

More exercise books and how-to books in general should note nehmen.Dieses book covers all the “need to know information and” I wish, how to use kettlebells no fluff or unnecessary reading verwenden.I highly recommend it. 3. Do not be fooled not the size of this booklet. Since dyn-o-mite come in small packages. The brochure is easily understood in a too-created format. (NO scratching head here!) Each exercise is broken down into numbered steps with the corresponding images. There are sample programs on the back of the brochure. You can even create your own programs. Here’s the beef! No bull. This brochure is a great place to start, and is easy to transport to the gym. A good booklet for each kettle head. The Great Kettlebell Handbook Rating: 5 / 5

  5. I think, “you get what you apply to” pay here. The 9 U.S. dollars. 95 plus shipping price would be appropriate here, for the, what appears to be an abbreviated or “shrunken” version of an original. The article I received a booklet with a mini text and images to match. A bargain or value for your money? I think it depends on how you “look” to them. Rating: 2 / 5
